Zsófia Szász (b. 1998, Budapest) completed her studies at the Budapest Circus Arts and Contemporary Dance Academy in 2020 as a contemporary dancer. In 2026, she completed her studies in art and social therapy at MMSZKE. She frequently teaches Nonviolent Communication-based techniques through Kompatia Life Fulfilling Games®. Her choreographic practice explores “transformative statements”: acts of declaration that aim to be courageous while remaining flexible and open, never limiting the creative potential of human experience. Her artistic expressions, together with her practices as a communication teacher and art therapist, continuously interact and inform one another. Her work is rooted in the interplay of attention, communication, and creative expression.
